TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The ‘CREATE WITH THE BEST CAMPAIGN" [the “Campaign”] is organized by ASUSTek Computer Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. [“ASUS”].

2. The Campaign will commence from 6th May 2024 until 21st May 2024 (both dates inclusive) [“Participating Period”].

3. The due date for entry submission is 24th May 2024.

4. The following groups of persons are not eligible to participate in this Campaign:-

• Employees of ASUS (including its associated and related companies), their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses).
• Representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of advertising, and/or promotion service providers, and/or resellers, dealers, distributors of ASUS (including its associated and related companies), their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses).

5. To be eligible to participate in the Campaign:-

Purchase selected ASUS products during campaign period & submit proof-of-purchase as below to redeem for TnGO eWallet credit.

(Purchase of selected Motherboard and Graphics Card is a MUST in order to be qualified)

1. invoice / receipt
2. Photo of product Serial number on each ASUS product box
3. Personal details for verification & gift delivery
4. The TnGo account must be align/ same as the contact number submitted during registration.

Note: Purchases must be from the exclusive dealers list below:

Disclaimer:

i. PWP only eligible to claim with the purchase of combination of products as per visual at the appendix above.

ii. Purchase of at least 2 item (e.g. ProArt series Motherboard and Graphics Card from selected model shall deem valid for the campaign submission.)

iii. Kindly contact us via contactus_my@asus.com if more than 10 ASUS / ROG product is in single invoice for special submission.

6. The following verification process will be adopted for every entries:-

• Valid Proof-of-purchase (invoice /receipt) with product Serial Number photo in submission
• Verification process shall take up to TWO (02) weeks after the campaign end date and FOUR (04) weeks for the prizes delivery but timeline subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Company purchase is not eligible for the campaign redemption.
• TnGo Credit is determine based on Total item purchased among the eligible list with invoice in single submission.

7. The redemption is on first come first served first basis and while stock last.

8. Application that is incomplete will be disqualified and rejected from the Campaign immediately without further clarification.

9. ASUS reserves the right at any time at its absolute discretion and without prior notice to exclude a participant from further participation in the Campaign.

10. End user that fails to provide valid shipping address, and fails to responds after attempts made by ASUS within 48 hours will be disqualified.

11. ASUS shall be under no obligation to notify the end user about the shipment date.

12. ASUS decisions on all matters relating to the campaign including the decisions in determining on end user will be final, conclusive and binding and no further correspondence or attempts to appeal, review or dispute of such decisions will be entertained.

13. ASUS reserves the right to substitute the Prize of equivalent or higher value in the instance of shortage or unavailability.

14. Prizes are not transferable, nor exchangeable for cash or any other goods.

15. By entering the campaign, the end user agrees to:-

• Any and all personal data submitted may be collected, used and/or disclosed to ASUS for various purposes, including to communicate with the end user for purposes related to the Contest, to provide goods and services to the end user upon request and such other purposes ASUS may reasonably deem appropriate; or in relation to which end user has otherwise provided ASUS with consent.

16. ASUS may collect, use, disclose and share amongst themselves and their appointed agency, the end user’s personal data, including the photographs or audio-video or other recordings of the end user for publicity and/or use in advertisement across all media, including without limitation, in ASUS publications, presentations, promotional materials on their website and/or social media, in its original or edited format and whether to promote the promotion or otherwise without further notification, remuneration or compensation.

17. ASUS may at its sole discretion change the Campaign Period at any time without prior notice. 

18. ASUS shall not be liable for any misinterpretation or misrepresentation of facts in respect of the Prizes offered and published in any mass media, marketing or advertising materials.

19. ASUS is not responsible for any misrepresentation of facts, injuries or loss of lives or valuables resulting from any of the Prizes won through this Campaign and further shall not be liable, whether direct or consequential, for any loss or damages or whatsoever suffered by the participants resulting from their participation in the Promotion or as a result of any act or omission on the part of ASUS.

20. ASUS reserves the right to modify or cancel this Campaign at any time, or change the Terms and Conditions for this Promotion, anytime without prior notice.
